Set yourself up for success
Reflect on the intention which you set at the beginning of the challenge. We now have 4 days left together. How can you spend these last 4 days showing up for yourself in the way you originally intended?
What can you do today, even right now, which will help you in the coming days? Not just with the challenge but in anything else you want to do for yourself, or even someone else.
For me this looks like working extra hours on a weekday to avoid working on the weekends to spend time with loved ones. Yours might be completely different, what are you focused on doing more of? Make this happen. Here’s your reminder.
Things only happen when you schedule them in. Do it for you!
